Consultations – Remote or Face to Face


All initial consultations for Injury Rehabilitation, sports massage or personal training will be still be conducted remotely before a face to face appointment is reserved. Initial contact will be via phone call or email to determine the required course of action, either with a full video diagnosis with a plan, personal injury rehabilitation or a face to face consultation if necessary. Face to Face Appointments

A face to face consultation will only be required if the assessment process was inconclusive via video chat or the severity of the injury requires it. At this point, you will be required to sign a consent form prior to your visit. The COVID consent and induction form outlines all of the risks associated with F2F appointments and gives you and a detailed overview of the clinic protocols.

On arrival to the clinic you will be asked to sanitise your hands, and wear a mask where appropriate (please bring your own if possible). All staff will be subject to a rigorous PPE, health and safety and sanitation regime so all we ask is that you arrive in dry, clean clothes to avoid clinical contamination.

Upon leaving the clinic, we would ask that you sanitise your hands a final time and dispose of your waste in bins provided.

This is only brief outline of our  Covid-19 Guidelines, but more importantly it is set out for your safety and ours.

COVID-19 Client induction Form

By attending my appointment…

I agree that I am not currently experiencing any of these symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell

Please note: Other less common symptoms have been reported, including gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

I agree that I have not:

  • Tested positive for COVID-19
  • Knowingly been exposed to someone with COVID-19
  • Recently traveled to an area with a high infection rate
  • Been in an area where social distancing was not properly observed
  • Been to a nursing home

If you have experienced any of the above, please reschedule your appointment at least 14 days from now.
