Optimal Performance was established to support the needs of active individuals who want to stay STRONG, HEALTHY and INJURY FREE.
Since opening in 2008 we have developed strong relationships with many clients/athletes, the majority we still deal with today.
Athletes from all backgrounds and abilities - Football, Triathletes, Runners, Crossfit and other Strength/Fitness professionals.
BACKGROUND.
Dream it.
It all began with an interest in Sport, Strength and Conditioning and a desire to help people to achieve their goals. While still playing football I set up the clinic to keep people fit and injury free and the journey started from there.
Build it.
The progression from a little room at Sutton Coldfield football club to Co-owning a gym has been phenomenal.
In that time I have helped a wide variety of athletes, rehabilitating their injuries and progressing their training, so they stay injury FREE.
Grow it.
It is NOW our desire to progress the clinic online - providing our clients with up to date platform to help them PREHAB - stay injury free with exercise protocols - Rehab plans - online mobility classes.

Our Philosophy of INJURY PREVENTION has developed over the last decade to specific injury protocols that not only get you injury free but get you stronger to support your fitness demands.
At Optimal Performance we provide a bespoke service to suit you. Taking our knowledge from sports therapy, yoga and strength & conditioning we have developed protocols to help individuals with a variety of acute injuries or ongoing issues.
